
Export Sales Manager

What will you do?
To further strengthen our sales team and serve our international customers, we are looking for a driven Export Sales Manager. In this versatile role, you will be a key driver of our international growth. You will maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, actively build new business connections, and successfully translate commercial opportunities into concrete projects and results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, building long-term relationships.
- Identify new clients, markets, and commercial opportunities, turning them into concrete contracts.
- Prepare quotes and provide expert advice to clients.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to strengthen our international market position.
- Lead negotiations with clients and key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
- Oversee the complete sales process: from initial contact and quotation to contract closing and final delivery.
- Track market developments and competitor activity, translating insights into commercial opportunities.
- Manage strategic accounts and build a strong international network.
What do we expect?
We are looking for a salesperson who is curious about the customer, understands the technical requirements, and spots opportunities where others might miss them.
- Proven commercial experience within the timber trade or wood-producing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset.
- Strategic vision with the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex structures and technical challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Passion for sustainable construction and innovative timber solutions.

- Salary: €3,500 to €6,000 gross per month (based on full-time employment, depending on experience and knowledge).
